Cilantro Coleslaw

Creamy sweet coleslaw with fresh chopped cilantro that gives this recipe an amazing flavor.

I don't normally get excited about coleslaw. Today I got excited. I went to Applebee's Restaurant and my meal came with a side of coleslaw. It was the best coleslaw I have ever had. For real! The magical ingredient was cilantro.

Coleslaw is a summer cookout staple. It has to be there otherwise your cookout is off balance. All your guests will have a lost empty feeling that they can't explain. It's true. Anyway, you have to make this coleslaw. It will blow their minds!

I am growing cilantro and now I wish I would have dedicated a whole garden bed to it. This coleslaw is that good! I will never make or eat coleslaw without cilantro again!

Cilantro Coleslaw

Ingredients

• 14 oz. Bagged coleslaw mix
• 1/4 cup Freshly chopped cilantro
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 Tbs sugar
• 1 tsp white vinegar

Cooking Directions

1. Mix together all ingredients into a large bowl and chill.
2. Serve cold.
